Safe drinking water is important to all homeowners. Sometimes, a lender may require water quality testing for properties with well water. The type of water testing performed may vary depending on the lender or buyer's preference.
The two main water quality tests performed by Eagle Eye Inspection Services include BASIC or COMPREHENSIVE water quality analysis.
A Basic Water Quality Analysis will check for the presence of bacteria including total coliform (TC) as well as e.coli (EC). This test may also be
referred to as a "TC/EC". This test takes approximately 3-5 days to be completed.
A Comprehensive Water Quality Test includes the bacteria testing performed in the basic test (TC/EC) as well as checking for the presence of lead, nitrites, and nitrates. This test takes approximately 10-14 days to be completed. RUSH services are available on comprehensive water quality tests.
